All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress at every stage.

Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order cancellations or modifications.
- For changes, email us at contact@wenads.com within this timeframe, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, and modifications will no longer be possible.

Does Wenads Ship Internationally?
Currently, Wenads only ships within the USA. We do not provide international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
- If you do not receive this email, contact us at contact@wenads.com, and we will provide you with the necessary tracking details.
- You can track your shipment through our tracking page.
What If My Order Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It?
If your tracking information indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, follow these steps:
- Check Nearby: Verify with neighbors or household members in case it was delivered to them.
- Confirm Your Address: Cross-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier for delivery details or proof of non-delivery.
- Send Us Proof: Provide us with proof of non-delivery, and we will promptly issue a refund for your order.
